Active Recovery: Nourishing the Soul

"Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what’s left of you."

Recognising the essence of this quote, I make it a point to reward myself after my training. Whether it's a session in the float tank, a meditative moonlit evening, a soothing bath, or playing with my kids by the ocean, these moments of restoration are integral to my journey. Full-body massages are not just a luxury; they are a part of my routine, a crucial element in my pursuit of being the best that I can be.

Sleep and recovery are sacred rituals. It's my belief that this holistic approach is the bedrock of everyone on a self-improvement journey. To achieve the extraordinary, to surpass perceived limits, this approach is not just a choice; it's a necessity. Anything less, and you're sipping from a half-empty well—a strategy unsustainable in the long run.

Being a mother to three young kids, my life is a delicate dance, a harmonious blend of family, training, well-being, and business. The circle I surround myself with is one of winners, individuals brimming with support and positive energy. Through the ebb and flow, my guiding force, my unwavering companion, is my breath.

Most of the psychological issues come from our ego and are caused by our expectations.
